What are Customer Service Representatives and Drafters?
Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are located at ACIPCO's manufacturing headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. These individuals complement the Sales Engineers' efforts by handling quotations, sales orders, and project management responsibilities.
The CSRs work with customers, manufacturing, purchasing, traffic, and the shipping department to coordinate the customers' sales orders and to be sure that they receive the best service in the industry.
Drafters (DFT) are also located at ACIPCO's manufacturing headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. Drafters prepare accurate and timely quotations before the bid and detailed line drawings and lay schedules following the bid.
