You'll need the Adobe(R) Acrobat(R) viewer to read this file. If you don't have it installed on your computer, you can download a Windows 95/98 or Macintosh version below. For other operating systems, visit the Acrobat(R) section of the Adobe(R) web site at http://www.adobe.com/acrobat/.
Printing Instructions
When printing from either an Explorer or Netscape browser, please follow these instructions:
If possible, print the PDF to a PostScript printer. If you don't have access to one, then click on File (upper left-hand corner) and select Print. For Netscape, click on Properties. For Explorer, select Setup and then Properties. From the tabbed menu, select Graphics and set Resolution to 600 dpi, Dithering to Fine or Course and Graphics Mode to Use Raster Setting. To complete the process, click on the Font tab and select to download TrueType fonts as bitmaps.
If you choose to download the PDF files and print them out from the Adobe Acrobat reader, the best option is to use a PostScript printer. From the tabbed menu, select Graphics and set Resolution to 600 dpi, Dithering to Fine or Course and Graphics Mode to Use Raster Setting. To complete the process, click on the Font tab and select to download TrueType fonts as bitmaps.

If you wait for a second or two, the installer will automatically close the background windows after the installation is complete.
The installation procedure will ask you to read and accept the Electronic End-User License Agreement. You can view the U.S. English version of the Electronic End-User License Agreement on the Adobe web site at http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/eula.html .
