Research and Development

Employing professional personnel with widely varying backgrounds, the Research Department pursues a dynamic program of product research and design and process development. With a theme of "hands-on research," these personnel work closely with the Production, Engineering, and Sales Departments as they follow promising ideas from their inception to fruition as profitable products. Utilizing state-of-the-art tools, including computer aided design (CAD), solid modeling, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and sophisticated electronic test equipment, as well as the more traditional hydrostatic and strength-of-materials testing equipment, ACIPCO is a leader in innovation within our industry.

Research engineers are involved in the development and testing of new products and processes and improvement in quality and service. Several of our products and manufacturing processes are patented developments from our research personnel.
