Mark Gwynn has been named industrial manager for American Cast Iron Pipe Company. He will be responsible for the sale of AMERICAN ductile iron pipe, spiral-welded steel pipe and electric-resistance welded steel pipe to national industrial and power markets.

 

Gwynn, formerly manager of AMERICAN’s Sacramento District Sales Office, joined the company in 1986. He has served as a sales engineer in the Chicago District Sales Office as well as assistant manager of Customer Service.

 

Gwynn holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Florida. He is a professionally registered engineer.

 

In 2007, he was elected and confirmed as a trustee for the California-Nevada Section of the American Water Works Association and oversees the Business Administration Division for the Section. He is a member of the Water Environment Federation, the American Society of Civil Engineers and the University of Florida National Alumni Association.

 

Gwynn and his wife Patricia have three children.
