| As has been the case since the end of World War II, AMERICAN's business is booming across the United States as 1952 rolls in. In the top photo, a portion of 6,000 feet of AMERICAN 36-inch pipe is shown during installation in a neighborhood in Nashville, Tennessee. In Rome, Georgia, a construction crew takes a refreshing pause during a river crossing project involving AMERICAN pipe. The river is 300 feet wide where the 16-inch pipe is laid. More 36-inch pipe is lined up as far as the eye can see and ready for installation in the snow of Springfield, Illinois. |
