NEERAJ "RAJ" ARORA has been transferred from the Sacramento District Sales Office to the Chicago District Sales Office. A native of Chicago, Arora attended Glenbard North High School in Carol Stream, Illinois and graduated from Purdue University in 1996 with a degree in Civil Engineering. At Purdue, he was a member of the American Society of Civil Engineering and the India Students Association. He began with AMERICAN in February 1997, and his hobbies include reading, hiking, squash, and racquetball. Arora is married to the former Mukta Kapur of Kanpur, India.

D. SCOTT AYERS, formerly assistant manager of the AMERICAN Ductile Iron Pipe Divisions Customer Service Department, has accepted a transfer to the Atlanta District Sales Office. Ayers was a sales engineer in the Dallas District Office from December 1990 to February 1994. While in Dallas, he served as president of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Auburn University Alumni Club. He left Dallas to work on AMERICANs ACIPCO 2000 Project in Birmingham prior to taking his assignment in Customer Service. A Birmingham native, Ayers attended Minor High School. He received a B.S. in Building Science from Auburn, where he was vice president of the universitys Student Government Association, president of the Student Senate, and senator for the School of Architecture. He was a member of Spades honorary, Beta Theta Pi social fraternity, Outstanding Young Men of America, and Whos Who Among American Universities and Colleges. Ayers is married to the former Michelle Maddox of St. Simons Island, Georgia, and they have two sons and a daughter.

JAMES R. BALLINTINE has been transferred from the Chicago District Sales Office to the Birmingham District Sales Office. A native of Bloomington, Minnesota, he attended John F. Kennedy High School. He attended the University of Minnesota-Morris for two years and was a member of the football and golf teams. After transferring to Minnesotas main campus, he earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. While at Minnesota, Ballintine was a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers as well as the Institute of Industrial Engineers and is currently a member of the American Water Works Association. He joined AMERICAN in July 1996, and his hobbies include golf, softball, hockey, and hunting.

RICHARD L. BARGE has been assigned to the Sacramento District Sales Office as a sales representative. A native of Lafayette, California, Barge attended Concord High School and received a degree in Business Management from California State University of Sonoma in 1981. He has 17 years of sales experience in the waterworks industry on the West Coast. Barge is married to the former Mary Jo Matson of Lafayette and they have four children.

JEFF McCULLOUGH has been transferred to the Kansas City District Sales Office. He began with AMERICAN in May 1997 and was assigned to the Minneapolis District Sales Office as a sales engineer in early 1998. A native of Cleveland, Alabama, McCullough graduated from Cleveland High School. He received a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama and was a member of the universitys football team from 1991-1994. That included the 1992 team that won the Southeastern Conference and National championships. McCullough has been a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers since 1992. His hobbies include basketball, golf, and softball.
