American Steel Pipe Customer Service
At American Steel Pipe, customer service is as important as any facet of our business. Our Customer Service Department strives to execute a very basic idea: Treat the customer the way we would want to be treated.
American Steel Pipe's Customer Service Department consists of five highly trained representatives, each of whom is responsible for taking care of a specific group of customers and their unique set of needs. American Steel Pipe's customer service representatives initially undergo six months of extensive training covering everything from product knowledge to shipping procedures to familiarity with customer specifications. Role-playing sessions even show our representatives how to meet or exceed customer expectations in the friendliest, most professional manner possible.
American Steel Pipe customer service representatives provide customers with timely, accurate quotes for their inquiries. Upon confirmation of the order, they work to move the orders through the mill as quickly as possible and provide up-to-date information concerning timelines, shipping schedules, status of order changes, and other important information.
