American Steel Pipe manufactures additional steel pipe products for specific customer needs, including slurry pipe, sour service pipe, and pipe piling.

SLURRY PIPE
Our abrasive-resistant, steel slurry pipe (dredge pipe) is available in sizes 10-3/4" through 24" outside diameters and in lengths up to 100 feet with no mid-welds. Slurry pipe can be supplied with either square or beveled ends.

SOUR SERVICE PIPE
American Steel Pipe is qualified and experienced in manufacturing pipe specified for sour service, having offered this option to customers since the early 1990s.

Our on-site chemical testing laboratory includes a hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) testing center, which allows us to conduct accurate, in-depth sour service testing. In addition, members of our testing and manufacturing departments remain actively involved with ongoing research and improvement of micro-alloyed steel, designed specifically for sour service pipe production.

PIPE PILING
American Steel Pipe manufactures steel pipe piling in sizes 10-3/4" through 24" outside diameters and in lengths up to 120 feet. All piling conforms to requirements of ASTM A-252 Welded Steel Pipe Piles, and is available in Grades 2 or 3.
